Job Summary: DX Group is seeking a professional to support product shipping operations, monitor inventory, analyze KPIs, and identify logistics improvements for marketplace operations. We combine **solid experience with a highly qualified, committed, and engaged team**, dedicated to delivering the best solutions for our **customers, suppliers, and employees**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the team responsible for shipping operations to Mercado Livre distribution centers; * Create and track product shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries; * Assist in defining and managing products eligible for this logistics model; * Monitor inventory levels at distribution centers and support strategic replenishment; * Analyze KPIs such as product turnover, stockouts, inventory coverage, and sales performance; * Identify operational improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and results; * Support resolution of discrepancies, inconsistencies, and operational issues; * Prepare and update managerial reports related to marketplace logistics operations; * Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and planning departments to ensure adequate supply **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields; * Familiarity with the Mercado Livre platform; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with intermediate Excel skills); * Analytical and organized mindset; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams; * Prior experience in marketplace logistics operations is desirable.
