




Job Summary: The professional will monitor performance indicators, train teams, control deadlines, and create executive reports to optimize operational efficiency and performance management. Technical and cultural reference in the management model **Responsibilities** * Monitor and track performance indicators, with focus on goals, deadlines, and metrics. * Input, analyze, and present performance and operational efficiency indicators, as well as support team capacity building in using relevant tools. * Control deadlines, responsible parties, and status of actions arising from performance analyses. * Create materials that translate results and improvement opportunities. * Proactively maintain execution discipline and continuous evolution of the model. * Support leadership in daily activity management, including task scheduling and daily follow-up of employees, ensuring predictability, organization, and alignment with delivery deadlines. * Generate executive reports containing data on activity volume, productivity by department, completed deliverables, and outstanding operational tasks at the office. * Train and develop new leaders and operational team members on performance management routines, ensuring standardization and continuity of implemented practices. * Serve as a technical and cultural reference for maintaining the implemented management model, acting as the liaison between senior management and team leaders. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in technology, data analysis, engineering, business administration, or related fields. * Experience in roles related to indicator management, operational performance, or project management. * Experience in controller functions. * Expertise in reading and interpreting data. * Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel. * Advanced knowledge of Power BI. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Proactivity. * Ability to collaborate effectively and build positive interpersonal relationships with colleagues.
