




Job Summary: A professional to monitor and analyze performance indicators, create improvement materials, and support daily management, serving as a technical and cultural reference. Support leadership in daily management and team capacity building **Responsibilities** * Monitor and track performance indicators, focusing on targets, deadlines, and metrics. * Populate, analyze, and present performance and operational efficiency indicators, as well as support team training on tool usage. * Track deadlines, responsible parties, and status of actions arising from performance analyses. * Create materials that convey results and improvement opportunities. * Proactively maintain execution discipline and model evolution. * Support leadership in daily activity management—including task scheduling and daily follow-up with employees—to ensure predictability, organization, and alignment with delivery deadlines. * Generate executive reports containing data on activity volume, productivity per department, completed deliverables, and outstanding operational tasks at the office. * Train and upskill new leaders and operational team members on performance management routines, ensuring standardization and continuity of implemented practices. * Serve as a technical and cultural reference for maintaining the implemented management model, acting as the liaison point between senior management and leadership. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in technology, data analysis, engineering, business administration, or related fields. * Experience in roles related to indicator management, operational performance, or project management. * Experience in controller functions. * Expertise in data reading and interpretation. * Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel. * Advanced knowledge of Power BI. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Proactivity. * Ability to collaborate effectively and build positive interpersonal relationships with colleagues.
