Job Summary: A Produce Stocker is responsible for ensuring the organization, replenishment, quality, and presentation of the produce department, contributing to customer experience and store performance. Provide courteous service and assist customers in selecting products The Produce Stocker is responsible for ensuring the organization, replenishment, quality, and presentation of the fruits, vegetables, and legumes department, guaranteeing freshness, an attractive visual standard, and loss control, directly contributing to customer experience and store performance. Replenishment \& Organization * Replenish the department daily according to sales demand. * Organize products by category, adhering to the company's visual standards. * Ensure shelves are always clean, organized, and aligned. * Maintain attractive and strategic product displays. Quality \& Freshness * Perform product selection and sorting. * Remove deteriorated or non-conforming items. * Ensure freshness and good appearance of displayed products. * Monitor expiration dates and appropriate stock rotation. Cleaning \& Hygiene (CRITICAL) * Keep shelves clean. * Keep the department floor clean and free of debris. * Sanitize countertops and support areas. * Ensure no accumulation of leaves or debris. * Wear clean and sanitized uniforms. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Control \& Loss Prevention * Monitor department breakage and losses. * Assist in organizing the produce department inventory. * Apply FIFO where applicable. * Support inventories when requested. Customer Service * Provide courteous service to customers. * Assist customers in selecting products. * Clarify questions as needed. * Maintain a professional demeanor.
