**Job Description:** ---------------------- We are looking for an Internal Communication and Endomarketing Analyst to strategically contribute to building and disseminating our organizational culture. Main responsibilities: Plan and execute internal and external communication actions (campaigns, announcements, corporate events) to promote alignment between employees and management through strategic content tailored to the target audience. Support the creation of content for various corporate media, both internal and external, to strengthen company communication and employee engagement, using clear writing, attractive design, and language adapted to different channels. Manage internal communication channels (intranet, bulletin boards, emails, corporate groups) to expand message reach and ensure consistency through regular updates, effectiveness monitoring, and feedback analysis. Centralize and organize communication department information to ensure clarity and consistency in deliverables by defining workflows, standardizing materials, and controlling records. Develop flowcharts and communication procedures to optimize task execution and enhance department efficiency through mapping, documentation, and implementation in daily routines. Standardize communication processes and materials to ensure consistency in institutional identity through manuals, templates, and guidelines applied across all fronts. Act as a liaison between departments and leadership to ensure alignment of strategic messages and reinforce organizational culture through alignment meetings, consolidation of requests, and support in corporate initiatives. Support the organization of internal events and engagement campaigns to reinforce organizational culture and internal relationships through action planning, logistics, and supporting communication. Monitor communication metrics and results to evaluate the effectiveness of actions and propose continuous improvements through internal surveys, engagement metrics, and performance reports. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields. Experience in Internal Communication and Endomarketing. Proficiency with photo and video editing tools (CapCut, Photoshop, InShot).
