Dental Clinic Manager We are looking for a committed, proactive leader to manage a well-established dental clinic in Ribeirão Preto. What we expect from you: * Hands-on leadership with experience in team management, processes, and administrative routines in clinics (preferably dental) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and patients * Organized, responsible, and adaptable in day-to-day operations Key responsibilities: * Team management (receptionists, assistants, and dentists) * Planning and monitoring goals and performance indicators * Supervision of administrative and operational routines * Support in organizing marketing campaigns and strategies * Patient relations and problem resolution Requirements: * Experience managing healthcare clinics (dental experience is a plus) * Knowledge of patient service routines, cash flow, scheduling, and inventory * Degree in Administration, Management, or Dentistry (with administrative focus) Working hours: * Full in-person position * No fixed start and end times: we seek someone who understands the clinic’s dynamics, engages with daily operations, and is present during key hours (mornings, afternoons, and occasionally at the end of the day) * Flexibility and availability are essential, as this role requires active presence and involvement in both operations and team management Competitive market salary with growth opportunities and performance-based bonuses.
