Responsibilities Review and define processes and standards; Supervise daily restaurant operations (dining room, kitchen, and service); Ensure excellent customer service; Manage the team (hiring, performance, etc.); Control operational costs (inventory, waste, procurement, and maintenance); Monitor various indicators, such as average ticket value, productivity, and customer satisfaction; Ensure compliance with health and food safety regulations; Collaborate with senior management to plan sales, marketing, and event initiatives; And other duties related to the position. Requirements Proven experience in the role, with solid background in restaurant management, emphasizing internal controls (performance indicators, process standardization, etc.), team leadership—preferably in self-service restaurants or food franchises; Proficiency in cost and financial control management (COGS, direct and indirect costs, etc.), sales strategy, continuous improvement, etc.; A completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields is desirable, along with specialization in human resource management.
