Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production processes, ensuring goal achievement and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic environment focused on management and problem-solving * Develop and update the weekly production schedule; * Define the weekly production quantity (target) to be achieved; * Sort and enter production orders into the system; * Ensure production orders are properly organized in the production queue; * Validate completed production orders and monitor production execution; * Analyze bottlenecks, delays, or planning deviations and propose adjustments; * Maintain communication with managers regarding deadlines and future capacity; * Lead weekly planning meetings with the PCP team; * Conduct meetings; Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Production Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
