Job Summary: Professional responsible for leading the production team, ensuring achievement of targets, product quality, and operational safety, and optimizing production processes. Production planning, scheduling, and control The professional will be responsible for leading and monitoring the production team’s activities, ensuring compliance with established targets, product quality, and operational safety. Will work on organizing production processes, planning production activities, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities within the manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and guide the production team in daily operations. * Ensure achievement of production, quality, and efficiency targets. * Perform production planning, scheduling, and control (PPC). * Monitor performance indicators and take preventive and corrective actions. * Identify opportunities to improve production processes and propose actions. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal procedures, and good manufacturing practices. * Collaborate with other departments—such as Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics—to ensure operational fluency and efficiency. **Desired Knowledge and Skills:** * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools is desirable. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 4:45 PM | Friday: 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM **Benefits:** Transportation voucher (VT) or fuel allowance, meal voucher. **Salary:** Negotiable, based on candidate’s experience.
