We operate as an **authorized distributor of the most respected brands in the industry**, ensuring high-performance and reliable products. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and supervise **goods receiving**, inspection, and storage activities; * Organize and control **inventory**, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with safety regulations; * Coordinate the **order picking, packaging, and shipping** processes, meeting deadlines and quality standards; * Manage the operational team, fostering engagement, training, and goal achievement; * Implement and monitor logistics KPIs (inventory accuracy, shipping time, losses, etc.); * Support inbound and outbound control via system (ERP/WMS); * Ensure compliance with safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (pursuing undergraduate degree in Logistics or related fields); * Proven experience in leadership roles within logistics; * Hands-on experience in **receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations**; * Knowledge of logistics management systems (ERP/WMS); * Analytical profile, results-oriented and focused on problem solving. **Additional Information** Meal allowance Health insurance Dental insurance Preventive medicine SESC partnership Breakfast at the office Life insurance Birthday Day Off University discounts ### **Join Us!** We are a young, dynamic company with a clear mission: delivering quality protection to those who make things happen.
