




Job Opening for Onboarding Supervisor Description: The Onboarding Supervisor will be responsible for leading the onboarding team, ensuring an excellent customer experience, SLA compliance, operational efficiency, and alignment with Sales and Customer Success teams. Responsibilities: * Lead and develop the operational onboarding team. * Act as escalation point for critical customer issues. * Manage onboarding projects, team capacity, and SLAs. * Monitor performance metrics and propose continuous improvements. * Standardize and update onboarding materials, playbooks, and processes. * Conduct 1:1 meetings, training sessions, and strategic alignment meetings. * Represent the voice of newly onboarded customers and uphold organizational culture. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience leading teams and managing onboarding processes. * Strong knowledge of tax matters (primary), with basic understanding of HR and accounting. * Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools. * Analytical mindset for data-driven decision making. * Clear and effective communication with teams and customers. * Results-oriented with focus on goal achievement. * Emotional intelligence for people management and handling challenging situations.
