Together, let’s build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Job Summary:** The Retail Environment Manager is responsible for leading the 7Ps strategy and Omnichannel demand generation for Hypermarkets and Large Supermarkets. Experience in Sales, Trade Marketing and/or Marketing is desirable. This position involves close interaction with Consumer Marketing, Customer Development (Sales), Demand Planning, RCD, RGM, ISM, Division, E-Commerce team, and Customers.**7PS STRATEGIES AND TACTICS BY RETAIL ENVIRONMENT*** Understand and stay updated on the mission and shopping behavior of shoppers frequenting your retail environment. * Develop and update, as needed, your retail environment strategies based on shopper insights, field experience, and RE data. * Develop omnichannel strategies across all Colgate-Palmolive categories: assortment, innovation, pricing, point-of-sale materials, visibility, planograms, promotions, campaigns, e-Commerce, and CRM. * Ensure execution and monitoring of plans/strategies, working closely with sales and merchandising teams. * Lead innovations aimed at driving category growth within the retail environment. * Ensure close follow-up of JVPs with key customers. **COLGATE’S PERFORMANCE IN THE RETAIL ENVIRONMENT*** Set objectives, KPIs, and effective tracking for all categories in the retail environment, ensuring correct and proper use of performance-monitoring mechanisms. * Anticipate and proactively respond to competitors’ moves and tactics in RE, including benchmarking CP’s performance against competitors. * Analyze performance of activities conducted—sell-in, sell-out, market share, and return on investment (ROI)—considering all types of commercial investments. * Coordinate planning and execution of activities for the retail environment and communicate respective activity plans to sales and merchandising teams, respecting client-imposed deadlines to support execution. * Optimize trade marketing investments within the retail environment by defining priorities for customers, regions, categories, and brands according to CP’s strategic guidelines, ensuring appropriate resource allocation. **Responsibilities*** Implement 7Ps strategies for each category and activity plan for the Retail Environment. * Ensure execution of Retail Marketing plans to achieve targets. * Maintain close collaboration with various departments to ensure optimal RE plans while monitoring ongoing activities to assess performance against strategy and targets. * Ensure follow-up on all Activities/Plans by providing performance feedback during monthly RE meetings. * Bring field insights to enhance Retail Marketing-established plans. * Ensure all RE investments support the overall strategy. * Monitor and track GTN. * Monitor and track implementation of the 7Ps and related activities. * Closely monitor all KPIs related to performance by Category/Plan/Region. **What You Need for This Role:*** Bachelor’s degree completed * Intermediate English proficiency * Experience in consumer goods companies * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Suite **Additional Knowledge/Experience Is a Plus:*** Supermarket experience is desired * Experience in Business Planning and Execution * Trade marketing investment management and budget control * Research analytics tools (Nielsen / IMS / GFK / Kantar / Scanntech) **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent from diverse backgrounds and perspectives to better serve our consumers worldwide and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone truly belongs.
