Handle conflict resolution and drive results We are seeking a Store Manager to lead the unit’s commercial operations, ensuring achievement of business targets, team development, and excellence in customer service. This person will be responsible for monitoring performance indicators, fostering a high-performance environment, and ensuring execution of the store’s operational processes. Main Responsibilities * Lead, develop, and engage the sales team; * Monitor store performance goals and key indicators; * Conduct regular alignment meetings, training sessions, and feedback with the team; * Ensure excellence in customer service and experience; * Assign tasks and oversee execution of team routines; * Handle internal conflict resolution and customer interactions; * Monitor employee productivity and performance; * Develop and manage work schedules, days off, and vacations; * Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and standards; * Support commercial strategies to boost unit performance; * Prepare reports and monitor store operational and commercial results. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in sales and team management; * Experience in leadership roles within retail is considered a plus; * Strong communication skills, interpersonal relationship abilities, and influence capacity; * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile; * Decision-making ability and priority management skills; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule; * Availability to work on Sundays and holidays as per the schedule; Desired Competencies * Leadership and people development; * Results orientation; * Emotional intelligence; * Problem-solving; * Organization and planning; * Ownership mindset; * Commercial acumen.
