Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * High School Diploma; * Technical Education in Chemistry, Agroindustry or related fields is desirable; * Knowledge of Industrial Processes and basic Chemistry knowledge; * Advantage: Familiarity with Safety Standards and Work Instructions; * Knowledge of Fermentation and Distillation Production Processes is desirable; * Availability to work 5X1 shifts; * Must reside in Guariba SP, Santa Ernestina SP, Dobrada SP, Taquaritinga SP, Matão SP or Jaboticabal SP. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform periodic process monitoring routes throughout the biogas plant according to predefined schedules, ensuring equipment installation and operational conditions; * Fill out checklists for process areas, identifying possible deviations and maintenance needs, verifying that equipment is visually fit for operation and taking corrective actions when necessary; * Report to Management and COI Operator the equipment TAG and observed condition, opening a Maintenance Note when required; * Conduct field process checks as requested by COI and management, making necessary adjustments such as opening or closing valves, reading flow rates, temperature or pressure from instruments to optimize the process; * Collect scheduled or unscheduled field samples for laboratory analysis to support process decision-making; * Perform general cleaning tasks in the plant, such as cleaning gutters and floors, to ensure area organization; * Replace air intake system filters in the generator sets room to maintain proper temperature; * Start generator sets in the field according to equipment availability planning; * Perform chemical input dosing in various processes to ensure process stability; * Carry out chemical product unloading into storage tanks to maintain process inventory levels; * Replenish water in generator cooling circuits when necessary to ensure proper cooling; * Comply with all Raízen safety standards. 251121020247717395
