Collaboration in the store's strategic planning **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \- 08:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service Provider \- PJ * Provide face-to-face customer service; * Provide telephone customer service; * Prospect customers using the CRM tool; * Prospect new customers externally through PAP (Door-to-Door) actions at strategic locations; * Register local customers in the CRM tool to build a customer portfolio; * Register new proposals in the system; * Follow up on proposals throughout the evaluation process and communicate responses to customers (positive or negative); * Monitor customer portfolios for future prospecting/sales; * Jointly monitor sales origination with the supervisor; * Assist in planning store activities together with management. **Requirements:** * Completed High School Education * Preferred: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. **Benefits:** No benefits provided
