Carrying out minor repairs and basic services (electrical, plumbing) We are hiring a professional to perform building maintenance, facility conservation, and organization, ensuring proper operation and safety of company premises. **Main Responsibilities:** * Minor building maintenance repairs * Basic electrical, plumbing, and masonry services * Replacing light bulbs, outlets, and switches * Maintaining doors, windows, locks, and furniture * Roof, gutter, floor, and exterior area maintenance * Tool organization and general operational support **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school education preferred) * Experience in building maintenance or general services * Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, painting, and minor repairs Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
