This Junior Production Assistant position is ideal for those who want to learn, achieve stability, and work in an organized and safe environment. You will join a structured industrial operation with standardized processes, focused on quality and safety, directly contributing to delivering products to end customers with excellence. * Perform line setup according to product and Production Order (PO). * Verify raw materials, formulate according to the process sheet, and record steps in the PO. * Collect samples, await release, and implement corrections instructed by the laboratory/quality department. * Perform filling, labeling, seal and cap verification. * Operate forklifts to transport products, leftovers, and scrap. * Clean the production line, tools, equipment, and workplace. * Complete forklift checklists and submit maintenance requests when necessary. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Valid forklift operator certification. * Experience in industrial production processes or production lines. * Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industrial organization. * Basic knowledge of quality control and sample collection. * Ability to interpret Production Orders (PO) and manufacturing process sheets. * Knowledge of occupational safety and proper use of PPE. * Organization, attention to detail, teamwork, proactivity, and good communication skills. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM, in the Vila Carvalho neighborhood. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with filling, labeling, and product identification. * Experience in operational inspection and daily forklift checklists. * Prior experience in cleaning and maintaining industrial equipment and environments.
