If you are communicative and driven by challenges, this is an outstanding opportunity to join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in credit recovery and banking collections activities; * Provide customer service via telephone; * Update systems; * Populate reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in High School, Technical School, or University (Enrollment in evening classes is a plus); * Strong communication skills; * Disciplined; * Enjoys challenges; * Basic computer literacy; * Availability for 5 hours/day (from 08:00 to 13:00 or from 13:00 to 18:00) Monday through Friday; * Must reside in Ribeirão Preto - SP. **Additional Information** * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * On-site cafeteria; * Lounge area.
