Description: Mandatory: * High school diploma * Certification as nursing assistant or technician. * Experience in laboratory routines or healthcare settings. * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and professional demeanor. * Agility and ability to work on demand. * Availability for flexible working hours. * Active COREN registration. Prepare healthcare patients for laboratory tests, guiding them on test requirements and conditions; Perform and/or assist in blood, urine, and other biological sample collections—including from children, adults, elderly individuals, and patients with limited access—following technical manual instructions; Monitor the expiration dates and proper storage conditions of all supplies and equipment used, as well as their inventory levels; Sort collected samples and transport them to the designated department in compliance with biosafety regulations; Centrifuge specimen tubes; Manage inventory control of departmental materials, including tubes and supplies; Carry out cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of area-specific materials and equipment, as well as their maintenance, preparation, storage, and distribution; Report daily to the local supervisor—either the Technical Supervisor or the Customer Service Supervisor; Stay updated and clarify technical or behavioral questions with the Corporate Nursing Coordination of the Laboratory; Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. 2512120202501915964
