Focus on effective communication, agility, and organization **Position: Waiter \- Japanese Restaurant** **Main Responsibilities** * Present the menu, clarify questions, and assist customers in selecting their orders * Ensure organized, courteous, and efficient service throughout the entire customer experience * Support the team and smooth operation of the dining area * The primary responsibility for delivering dishes lies with the **busser**, but the waiter must support operations whenever customer service is under control **Requirements** * **Prior experience as a waiter required** * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Agility, attentiveness, and organizational ability * Ability to work effectively in a team * Commitment to service quality and established service standards **Schedule** Monday to Saturday, from **4:30 PM to 12:50 AM** **Benefits** * Dental plan * Life insurance **Compensation** Base salary of **R$ 2\.050,40** \+ **fixed supplement of R$ 500,00** **Cash-based transportation allowance**, calculated according to days worked. **Commission per drink sold**, averaging **R$ 3.00 per drink sold**. **Estimated Monthly Earnings:** approximately **R$ 2\.550,00 to R$ 2\.900,00 or more**, depending on commission performance and days worked. **Note:** the amounts stated are **gross**, subject to statutory payroll deductions.
