In this General Services Assistant position, you will be a key player in ensuring a safe, organized, and operation-ready environment. You will work for a well-structured company with a defined routine, team support, and opportunities to learn various activities related to cleaning, maintenance, and operational support. * Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the yard, common areas, and restrooms. * Washing, cleaning, maintaining, refueling, and polishing trucks. * Receiving and verifying diesel fuel. * Basic organization of hoses, tires, parts, and operational materials. * Supporting water treatment processes including monitoring, measuring, and diluting chemicals. * Assisting drivers with deliveries when necessary. * Performing simple maintenance tasks and general custodial duties in accordance with internal standards. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Availability to work flexible hours and commitment to punctuality and attendance. * Willingness to perform cleaning, organizing, and operational support tasks. * Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety regulations. * Careful handling of materials, equipment, and vehicles. * Good teamwork skills, daily communication, and a collaborative attitude. * Organization, attention to the work environment, and responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in general services, cleaning, or operational support roles. * Experience with yard operations, fleet management, or industrial environments. * Basic knowledge of simple maintenance and equipment preservation. * Proactivity, willingness to learn new tasks, and adaptability to routine. Benefits We offer a base salary of R$ 1.900,00 + 10% hazardous duty allowance, as stipulated by law, plus overtime pay when applicable.
