If yes, this is your opportunity! **As a Recruitment and Selection Assistant (temporary), your key responsibilities will include:** * Screening resumes and conducting individual and group interviews; * Scheduling interviews and supporting candidates throughout the selection process; * Administering and scoring psychological tests (Palographic Test, BFP, and AC); * Preparing evaluation reports and maintaining up\-to\-date records of selection processes; * Conducting interviews and group dynamics in person at facilities and construction sites when required. **We expect you to have the following qualifications:** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. **We are looking for candidates with the following requirements:** * Experience administering and scoring psychological tests (preferred). * Availability for occasional travel; * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously.
