Operational professional responsible for qualifying leads, managing budgets, conducting commercial follow-ups, and maintaining customer relationships to close deals and achieve targets.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1 hour and 30-minute lunch break
**Level:** Operational

Qualify leads and direct opportunities.
Prepare and monitor commercial budgets.
Conduct follow-up on submitted proposals to close deals.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate service solutions.
Maintain relationships with active customers to foster loyalty and identify new sales opportunities.
Update and maintain the CRM with customer information, negotiations, and service history.
Prepare commercial reports and monitor performance indicators.
Conduct sales analysis by region, segment, and customer portfolio to identify strategic opportunities.
Support prospecting campaigns and commercial marketing initiatives.
Organize commercial schedules, technical visits, and meetings.
Collaborate with Technical and Administrative departments to ensure excellent customer service.
Contribute to achieving the company’s commercial goals while continuously improving sales processes.
