




We are seeking an Administrative Maintenance and Facilities Assistant to support the administrative and operational routines of the department, ensuring organization, control, accuracy of information, and support for maintenance, facilities, and outsourced service activities. The role will involve planning, monitoring, and recording processes, providing direct support to the technical team and contributing to operational efficiency. Requirements High school diploma completed + Technical course in areas such as: Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, Electrical, Automation, Administration, or related fields. Basic/intermediate Office Suite skills. Driver's license A/B. Knowledge in document organization and archiving. Knowledge of safety regulations: NR-10, NR-33, NR-35. Maintenance and facilities process knowledge is desirable.
