We are looking for a **Customer Success Intern – Implementation (Onboarding)** to join our team! In this role, you will support the implementation and onboarding process for new customers, helping them achieve strong results with SmartEnvios’ solutions. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Support delivery of company and service presentations; * Assist with customer system integration according to the agreed schedule; * Help identify opportunities for customer improvement and growth; * Support the offering of new services, tools, or partnerships; * Monitor KPIs and support tracking of service usage; * Assist in developing and delivering initial training sessions and support materials; * Support customer journey management to ensure a positive initial experience; * Address basic inquiries and route requests to the appropriate departments; * Support communication with customers to understand their needs; * Assist in organizing information and records in systems and CRM. **What We’re Looking For:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Technology, or related fields; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organized and eager to learn; * Interest in customer service and Customer Success roles; * Familiarity with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.); * Bonus: Basic CRM knowledge or prior customer service experience. **What We Offer:** * Internship stipend: BRL 1,050.00 \+ BRL 150.00 Transportation Voucher * Meal or Food Allowance: BRL 300.00 per month * Life Insurance * Wellhub/Gympass * Birthday Day Off * Psychological Support **Work Location:** Remote (Home Office) Join us in our mission to drive the success of Brazilian companies by simplifying shipping logistics. **\#VEMPRASMART**
