




Job Summary: The Electro Bonini Hospital is seeking a Receptionist to handle patient reception and registration, admissions, and appointment scheduling, ensuring welcoming service and efficiency in hospital workflow. UNAERP announces the opening of a selection process for hiring a Receptionist to work at the Electro Bonini Hospital. Position: Receptionist \-HEB Location: Electro Bonini Hospital Workload: 200 hours per month Schedule: Rotating 12x36 shift (06:00 AM to 6:00 PM) with a 1-hour break. Job Responsibilities: \- Open outpatient services, receiving and registering all patients in the Hygia system. \- Serve SUS and private health insurance patients, ensuring welcoming service and workflow efficiency. \- Handle urgent care demands, including those from the Nascer Project. \- Provide telephone and Colmeia system support to the public, offering guidance and assistance when necessary. \- Process elective and emergency admissions for newborns (NBs) and pregnant women. \- Process elective and private admissions, ensuring accurate information recording. \- Schedule appointments and examinations in person, with responsibility and attention to data entry in the system. \- Organize, sort, and route medical records according to service periods. \- Return morning and afternoon medical records to SAME by 3:00 PM. \- Prepare and organize medical records for afternoon services. \- Register visitors and companions according to institutional guidelines. \- Support colleagues with reception-related tasks at the Hospital. Required Profile: \- Completed high school education. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. \- Strong verbal and written communication skills. \- Ethical and professional conduct. \- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
