




A company that provides comprehensive implementation and consulting solutions for all Microsoft applications, including the Power Platform. **Primary Role Mission:** Plan, coordinate, and manage implementation and/or migration projects for the Dynamics 365 F&O system, ensuring timely and successful project delivery to clients. **Responsibilities:** Develop and manage the project schedule, considering phases such as requirements gathering, customization, testing, training, and go-live. Ensure alignment between company expectations and project objectives. Monitor activity progress and manage risks and issues. Oversee implementation, ensuring adherence to the plan; assist Key Users in adapting to the new system; translate information between system consultants and the company’s Key Users; monitor migration progress and communication; meet deadlines while minimizing risks and delays; propose ERP solutions meeting the company’s requirements; lead and coordinate the multidisciplinary team involved in the project; conduct status update meetings and provide continuous feedback to the team; promote effective communication among stakeholders, including the client, vendors, and internal team; develop and track project KPIs; identify risks and propose rapid solutions; facilitate user training; negotiate scope adjustments with vendors; supervise validation testing execution; and perform other duties relevant to the role. **Requirements:** Experience in planning and managing end-to-end ERP system implementation or migration projects (schedule, activities, resources, personnel) within software companies or consulting firms. Familiarity with business processes, databases, agile and traditional methodologies (PMI, Scrum, Kanban), and cloud-based systems. Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business; a postgraduate degree in Project Management is a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP is an advantage.
