The **IT Governance Management** unit operates strategically to support business objectives by managing technological risks and ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations, industry best practices, and applicable legislation, such as the LGPD. Its activities cover governance of critical IT processes—including Change Management, Problem Management, and Asset Management—as well as monitoring and auditing other essential processes to ensure their effectiveness and adherence.
