Assistance in administrative tasks and documentation organization Human Resources consulting firm specialized in Recruitment and Selection. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in recruitment processes, from job description drafting to resume screening and interview scheduling * Help organize and coordinate training and development programs * Provide support regarding employee behavior and development * Assist in implementing workplace well-being policies and practices * Assist in administering psychological tests and interviews * Ensure all information is properly recorded and stored * Organize and file candidate documentation * Support the psychology team in administrative activities **REQUIREMENTS** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with evening classes, such as Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Technical education in HR or Administration preferred. Relevant coursework is a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite desired * Prior experience in HR or administrative routines desirable Job Type: Internship Compensation: R$726.36 - R$1,200.00 per week Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
