




Job Summary: Human Resources Analyst to provide strategic and operational support in people management, ensuring compliance and organizational development. Key Highlights: 1. Serve as a strategic partner to leaders and employees We are seeking a **Human Resources Analyst** to operate both strategically and operationally, supporting people management while ensuring legal compliance, organizational development, and continuous improvement of HR processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead end-to-end **recruitment and selection** processes; * Monitor and apply current **labor legislation**; * Support **training and development**, onboarding, and performance evaluation programs; * Prepare HR reports and metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount); * Provide support to leaders and employees; * Ensure document organization and compliance with internal and external audits. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields**; * Prior experience in this role; * Solid knowledge of **labor legislation**; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and sense of confidentiality. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with HR metrics and HR improvement projects; * Knowledge of training and organizational development.
