Being DHL means maximizing your capabilities. **Job Description** --------------------- Analyze and manage Human Resources requirements, executing activities across all HR subsystems—including payroll, benefits, training and development, corporate social responsibility, and internal communications—to meet local needs, corporate procedures, and labor legislation. - Completed undergraduate degree; - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (a plus); - Knowledge of all HR subsystems; - Dynamism, proactivity, strong communication and presentation skills. **Responsibilities** --------------------- Ensure that departmental plans and programs are implemented in compliance with company policies, regulations, and applicable laws; - Adhere to all safety and quality standards and procedures; - Manage personnel administration / payroll routines; - Manage benefits administration routines; - Manage compensation processes; - Manage training and development processes; - Lead onboarding and integration processes; - Lead offboarding and termination settlement processes; - Provide legal support for labor-related matters; - Manage employee transfers and promotions; - Analyze and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements; - Ensure reporting and KPI tracking and documentation; - Support the intranet platform in resolving issues and advising managers; - Liaise with vendors, process invoice payments, and handle cost allocations; - Organize HR events and commemorative dates; - Lead local corporate social responsibility campaigns.
