




Job Summary: A generalist Human Resources professional to handle payroll, accounting support, vacation and time tracking management, collective bargaining agreement monitoring, and recruitment. Key Highlights: 1. Generalist Human Resources practice 2. End-to-end management of HR and Personnel Department routines 3. Direct communication with company directors **Main Responsibilities:** * Payroll verification and validation; * Accounting support for HR-related processes; * Vacation tracking, admission/periodic medical examinations (ASO), and electronic time clock control; * Monitoring and interpretation of the metallurgical sector’s collective bargaining agreement; * Management of delivery and control of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment); * Conducting recruitment and selection processes; * Organizing internal events and endomarketing initiatives; * Internal employee support and handling external requests; * Direct communication with company directors; * Administrative support for departmental routines. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a generalist Human Resources professional; * Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related fields; * Must reside in **Ribeirão Preto/SP**.
