This person will serve as the primary contact between customers, marketplaces, and the company. Job Responsibilities: Respond to messages and questions on the virtual store, Mercado Livre, and Shopee Provide customer support before and after purchase Monitor complaints, returns, and platform-mediated disputes Resolve incidents related to delivery carriers Inform customers about timelines, order status, and solutions Record customer interactions and maintain organization of ongoing cases Desired Qualifications: Strong writing and clear communication skills Efficiency in handling online customer service Organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously Professional demeanor when interacting with customers Proficiency with computers and digital platforms Preferred Qualifications: Experience in e-commerce or marketplaces Experience in online customer service Basic knowledge of orders and shipping Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Salary: R$2\.000,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
