




Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant with a focus on Technical Support to perform the following duties: * Provide inbound and outbound customer service via telephone, e-mail, chat, and messaging applications, delivering initial guidance regarding products and services. * Log and track technical support tickets in the system, ensuring proper routing of requests to the specialized team. * Conduct basic technical triage, identifying simple issues and proposing solutions or escalating to advanced support when necessary. * Schedule, confirm, and update appointments for technical support and on-site visits, aligning deadlines and priorities with customers and internal teams. * Monitor service orders from initiation through completion, keeping customers informed about their status. * Support the technical department in organizing documents, managing equipment, and updating leasing and sales records. * Ensure customer satisfaction through clear, courteous, and proactive communication, including follow-up after service delivery. * Use internal systems (CRM) and spreadsheets to manage information, adhering to company-established procedures and deadlines. * Prepare proposals for billing related to misuse or reimbursement for rented equipment.
