Job Summary: TESE is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support operational activities including receipt, inspection, storage, and movement of materials, contributing to the organization and safety of the warehouse. Strategic involvement in an expansion-oriented culture. **TESE** is a company operating in the market **since 1985**, distributing products and replacement parts from brands **WEG, WEG\-CESTARI, and KSB**, as well as providing specialized maintenance services for electric motors, gearboxes, water pumps, welding machines, generators, frequency inverters, soft\-starters, UPS systems, and more. We are currently in a phase of **full expansion** and are looking for a Warehouse Assistant! Your mission will be to support warehouse operational activities, ensuring that materials, parts, supplies, PPE, and components are received, inspected, stored, picked, and moved with organization, safety, and care. This role serves as a foundational step for professionals with potential to advance within internal logistics. As a **Warehouse Assistant**, you will be a key contributor to our team’s success! Your main responsibilities include: * Assisting in the receipt of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment, performing basic physical inspection under supervision. * Supporting quantity verification, assessment of apparent condition of materials, packaging integrity, and identification of received items. * Organizing materials in designated locations, maintaining cleanliness, accessibility, labeling, and environmental preservation. * Picking materials according to internal requests, work orders, or workshop demands, always validating when in doubt. * Assisting in loading, unloading, and internal movement of materials, adhering to safety instructions. * Supporting simple recording of incoming, outgoing, and movement transactions per internal procedures and guidance. * Assisting in physical inventories, cycle counts, and spot stock verifications. * Reporting discrepancies, shortages, damages, misplaced items, or identification issues. * Supporting PPE distribution and control upon request. * Ensuring overall warehouse organization and proper use of materials and equipment. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education. * Basic computer skills. * Initial familiarity with inventory, warehousing, logistics, shipping, or other operational functions. * Willingness to perform hands-on tasks and physically handle materials. * Ability to follow procedures, instructions, and safety standards. * Good communication skills to report questions and discrepancies. **PREFERRED:** * Prior experience as a warehouse assistant, stock clerk, inspector, or logistics assistant. * Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management software, or spreadsheets. * Basic understanding of invoices, purchase orders, picking, and shipping. * Experience in physical inventories or simple stock counts. * Short courses in logistics, warehousing, safety, or material handling. **What we offer?** * A dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunities for professional growth and development; * Training and capacity-building programs to enhance your skills; * Strategic involvement in an expansion-oriented culture; * And, of course, a committed and passionate team! **Join TESE and become part of a success story—helping turn ideas into action!** Apply now and transform your career with us! **\#VagasTESE \#WarehouseAssistant \#JoinOurTeam**
