Job Summary: Performs activities related to the ATM process, ensuring continuity of the production flow and proper use of equipment, while supporting the production department and achieving targets. Multifunctional support to the production department Main Responsibilities: * Perform activities related to the ATM process, as instructed and assigned by leadership. * Ensure correct execution of the stage under one's responsibility, guaranteeing continuity of the production flow for other employees. * Maintain and ensure proper use of machines, equipment, and tools used in the activities. * Respond to demands from the Finishing Department and warehouses, prioritizing parts and/or batches according to requests. * Actively participate in training and capacity-building programs offered by the company, applying acquired knowledge to daily routines. * Achieve departmental targets and performance indicators, in accordance with company guidelines. * Support production department activities whenever necessary. Requirements: * Completed High School education * Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills * Preferred: Courses related to web design, 3D design, or graphic design.
