Based in Ribeirão Preto, our client is a pioneer in solutions for Livestock, leader in the Forage Market and internationally recognized, and is looking to add to its team an HR professional to perform the following responsibilities: * Benefits management (medical insurance, dental insurance, meal allowance, transportation allowance, life insurance, etc.) * Electronic timekeeping * Coordination with accounting regarding payroll information * Recruitment and Selection - administrative, operational, and temporary positions. * Coordination with Labor Legal Department * Management of RTV and AT bonuses * Training management * Internal HR events * Acting as company representative before Labor Courts * Managing LGPD reports. **Requirements:** * Around 5 years of experience in HR (Generalist) - HR routines, administrative benefit routines (invoices, cost allocations). * Degree in Human Resources or Psychology * MBA or postgraduate degree in People Management is desirable. * Knowledge of Labor Procedures * Benefits Management * DHO (Leadership Development and HR Action Planning) **Compensation and Benefits** * Fixed salary; * Meal allowance - BRL 800.00 * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
