




Job Summary: The Digital Channels Specialist will develop and optimize digital dunning strategies, creating customer journeys, automations, and solutions for digital negotiation. Implementation of new digital channels and technologies We are seeking a **Digital Channels Specialist** to join our team. This professional will be responsible for developing and optimizing digital dunning strategies, designing customer journeys, automations, and solutions that enhance digital negotiation capabilities. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop digital dunning ladders and automated dunning journeys; * Design negotiation bot workflows (voice and text); * Implement new digital channels and technologies; * Analyze digital channel performance; * Conduct tests and optimizations on digital campaigns; * Support digital transformation initiatives for operations. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Knowledge of communication automation; * Experience in structuring and designing digital customer journeys; * Familiarity with messaging tools; * Knowledge of bot platforms; * Ability to analyze data and conduct experiments. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:12 AM to 6:00 PM. **Employment Type:** CLT, on-site in Ribeirão Preto/SP.
