Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Accounting Manager to lead the accounting department, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance of financial statements and supporting business decision-making. Optimize processes and manage the team, promoting development and engagement We are looking for an **Accounting Manager** with a hands-on profile, strategic vision, and strong technical expertise to lead our accounting department. This person will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of individual and consolidated financial statements, directly contributing to business decision-making. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage accounting routines, ensuring deadlines and targets are met * Close and review consolidated financial statements * Support internal and external audits, ensuring information reliability * Analyze results and present reports to the executive board and shareholders * Optimize processes and interface with controllership, finance, and related departments * Manage and lead the team, promoting development and engagement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences with active CRC registration * Hands-on, resilient profile, capable of performing effectively under pressure and tight deadlines * Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and tax roles within medium- to large-sized companies * Knowledge of reconciliations, balance sheet consolidation, equity method, and accounting standards (CPCs and IFRS) * Knowledge of tax calculation (Real Profit and Presumed Profit regimes) * Knowledge of preparing and filing ancillary obligations (ECD/ECF) * Experience in civil construction or real estate development is a plus * Minimum 5 years of people management experience **Additional Information** * Meal allowance * Health insurance (50% employer-subsidized for the employee) * Dental plan * Psychological support via the Wellz platform * Life insurance * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave **The moment to look toward the new.
