Develop staff and ensure service quality We have an opportunity for a Cleaning Coordinator to work at Iguatemi Ribeirão Preto Shopping Center. Location: Ribeirão Preto/SP Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM (Monday to Saturday) Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise conservation and cleaning activities; * Prepare work schedules and organize team timetables; * Train, guide, and develop staff; * Ensure the quality of services provided; * Manage the team and resolve operational demands. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cleaning Coordinator; * Experience working in shopping centers; * Experience managing teams; * Leadership, organizational, and strong communication skills; * Results-oriented with problem-solving ability. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
