Food industry company \| Products for baking, confectionery, and food service We are seeking an organized, communicative, and proactive Sales Assistant to support our commercial team and contribute to customer service within the food industry segment. This person will be responsible for assisting with commercial routines, customer service, order follow-up, and support for internal sales representatives. Key responsibilities: * Assist customers via phone and WhatsApp; * Support the sales team in daily sales activities; * Monitor and support orders; * Register and update customer information; * Organize commercial information; * Provide after-sales support and maintain customer relationships; * Assist with administrative tasks in the commercial department. Customer profile served: * Restaurants; * Bakeries; * Confectioneries; * Hotels; * Ice cream shops and açaí shops; * Cake shops and other companies in the food industry. Requirements: * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Proficiency in customer service; * Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp Web; * Agility and commitment; * Prior experience in sales or administration is a plus.
