Focus on cost reduction and process optimization **Purchaser** We are seeking a Purchaser to join our team, acting strategically in the procurement of products and services while ensuring quality, competitiveness, and timely delivery. **Team Structure:** The Procurement Department consists of **3 employees**, each responsible for a **dedicated portfolio of supplier categories**, operating autonomously in supplier management, negotiation, and development. **Responsibilities:** * Manage your supplier portfolio, ensuring relationship quality and performance * Conduct strategic quotations and negotiations * Issue and track purchase orders * Apply the **ABC Curve methodology** to prioritize items, suppliers, and negotiations * Focus on Class A items to achieve cost reduction and greater financial impact * Monitor deadlines, quality, and costs * Identify new suppliers and improvement opportunities * Optimize processes and reduce expenses * Collaborate with inventory, finance, and other departments **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement * Knowledge of the **ABC Curve** and performance indicator analysis * Analytical mindset and strong negotiation skills * Organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple concurrent tasks * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience managing a supplier portfolio * Knowledge of strategic sourcing * Experience in large-scale automotive parts sector **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary * Benefits \- Health insurance, dental insurance, and meal allowance Compensation: R$5\.500,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
