**JOIN OUR TEAM!** We are looking for a professional to join our team as a **Cost Analyst!** We are seeking someone to support the implementation of the cost calculation process in production, collecting, organizing, and processing data for cost analysis by SKU. Additionally, this person will build monitoring reports and dashboards (using Power BI, Excel, or other tools), track performance indicators, and propose improvements based on the data obtained. Your daily responsibilities will also include collaborating with production and administrative departments to gather and validate information, as well as reviewing existing processes and contributing suggestions for their standardization and optimization. Key responsibilities include: * Support the implementation of the cost calculation process in production; * Collect, organize, and process data for cost analysis by SKU; * Build monitoring reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel, or others); * Monitor performance indicators and propose data-driven improvements; * Collaborate with production and administrative teams to gather and validate information; * Review existing processes and contribute suggestions for their standardization and optimization; **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in industrial costing and production data analysis; * Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.); * Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail; * Good communication skills and willingness to learn and contribute to a team in a development phase.
