Description:
Mandatory:
* Proven direct experience in project management;
* Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with projects for sugar and ethanol plants;
* Postgraduate degree in related fields.
1\) Ensure proper administration of low-complexity contracts signed between the Company and its Clients;
2\) Compare purchase documents sent by the client with those generated during the negotiation and closing phases;
3\) Align the physical activity schedule—developed during the project's initial phase—among involved departments (internal clients);
4\) Establish an interface with the client under the guidance of the Project Management Coordinator, regarding monitoring, communications, and required actions;
5\) Coordinate among departments (Procurement, Engineering, Factory) under the guidance of the Project Management Coordinator to ensure achievement of sales objectives (schedule, cost, and scope);
6\) Serve as the client's focal point for communication of significant events related to their respective projects;
7\) Participate in product and component dispatches per specific procedures, guiding the client;
8\) Manage the proper flow of information between client and company;
9\) Prepare project progress documents, such as: spreadsheet of planned and executed financial events; spreadsheet for monitoring project cost performance (budgeted vs. actual);
10\) Accompany clients during visits to the company and conduct technical/commercial visits to clients.
