With courage and dedication, we have established ourselves in the transportation industry and today expanded our operations across Brazil through six companies that compose our Group, positioning us as one of the country’s top and largest logistics groups and a sector reference. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct financial analyses of Business Network units, delivering strategic information to support decision-making. * Prepare and analyze financial statements, including the Income Statement (DRE), cash flow statements, accounting analyses, and performance indicators. * Directly support business units by advising on financial management, cost control, and accounting entries. * Develop and present management reports, transforming data into relevant insights to support strategic decisions. * Support financial planning, as well as the execution, monitoring, and implementation of projects targeting the Business Network. * Perform registration, parameterization, and maintenance of payment rules related to freight participation. * Monitor financial KPIs, identifying opportunities for process and unit performance improvement. * Ensure reliability of financial information, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies and established procedures. * Provide internal departmental support in analyzing results, clarifying financial information, and preparing specific studies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields. * Experience in financial analysis, controller functions, financial planning, or related areas. * Knowledge of Income Statement (DRE), cash flow statements, financial indicators, and accounting analysis. * Practical experience in preparing and analyzing management reports. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills. * Familiarity with ERP systems and financial management tools. **Additional Information** We are a comprehensive ecosystem of logistics solutions and services, built upon two mutually reinforcing pillars: clients and partners.
