




**Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in fieldwork, construction sites, consulting firms, or the environmental sector; * Experience negotiating fees, contracts, or service provision (preferred); * Knowledge of interview techniques, profile assessment, and competency-based selection; * Ability to manage multiple selection processes with organization, focus on deadlines and quality; * Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter or similar). **Behavioral skills:** * Clear, objective, and empathetic communication; * Negotiation and decision-making ability; * Organization, sense of priority, and responsibility toward deadlines; * Analytical vision for assessing profiles and technical requirements; * Proactivity and autonomy. **Main activities and responsibilities:** * Conduct recruitment and selection processes, from receiving the request through to hiring; * Ensure a positive candidate experience, from the first interview through to the start date; * Lead job alignment meetings with leadership, covering position requirements, diversity and inclusion criteria, salary range, deadlines, responsibilities of involved parties, and selection process stages; * Prospect professionals and suppliers, performing fee alignment where applicable—especially for field teams and services; * Recruit and select field teams, ensuring technical, behavioral, and cultural alignment; * Apply negotiation techniques to meet hiring targets at each project phase; * Analyze candidate profiles, prioritizing technical quality and suitability for projects—particularly during critical phases such as construction; * Collaborate closely with coordinators and managers to understand requirements, define profiles, and adjust selection processes; * Plan and organize recruitment schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines; * Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and quality of hires; * Maintain up-to-date records of selection processes, candidates, and hires.
