Job Summary: Manage the environmental area for industrial operations in Brazil and Latin America, with focus on licensing, legal compliance, regulatory agency relations, and technical support to mitigate risks. Technical support and environmental risk mitigation Manage environmental aspects of industrial operations in Brazil and Latin America, focusing on environmental licensing, legal compliance, engagement with regulatory agencies, and technical support to operations—ensuring adherence to applicable legislation and mitigation of environmental risks. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Environmental work in large-scale industrial facilities (5+ years); * Full environmental licensing process (Preliminary License, Installation License, Operating License) and interaction with CETESB, IBAMA, and other regulatory agencies; * Conducting audits, inspections, and regulatory proceedings; * Preparation of technical studies and reports (EIA/RIMA, RAP, PRAD); * Waste, effluent, and atmospheric emissions management; * Natural resource control (water and energy) and compliance with legal standards; * Environmental regularization (DAEE, ANA, Siságua), CADRIS, water use permits, and SIGOR (MTR/DMR); * Environmental performance indicator (KPI) management and Power BI usage; * Implementation of environmental programs and risk management; * ESG involvement and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventory; * Interaction with environmental agencies, including responses to infringement notices; * Experience with operational and legal requirements across Latin America. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering; * Technical profile with practical orientation; * Strong communication skills with regulatory agencies and colleagues; * Negotiation and conflict management capabilities; * Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office tools. * Preferred: Intermediate Spanish; **Additional Information** What we offer: * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Private Pension Plan * Meal Allowance or On-site Cafeteria * Food Voucher * Chartered Transportation or Commuting Allowance * Pharmacy Benefits Program * Wellhub (Gympass) and/or Gym Membership * Zenklub * Daycare Assistance for Mothers * Maternal, Pre-conception, and Adoption Health Support Program * Short-term Incentive Plan * Corporate Learning Platform * Christmas Bonus Our purpose is to **Reimagine Animal Health**, challenging conventional thinking to lead the evolution and sustainable growth of the animal health ecosystem.
