Description: * Completed or ongoing degree in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields; * Previous experience in creating and managing social media content; * Proficiency with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube); * Familiarity with social media scheduling and monitoring tools; * Strong written communication skills, creativity, and aesthetic sense; * Analytical ability and organizational skills to handle reports and timelines. * Manage various social media profiles, schedule posts, and engage with the audience: respond to comments, direct messages, mentions, and manage crises or negative feedback with empathy and appropriate positioning; * Plan, execute, and monitor publishing calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, aligning with each brand's editorial guidelines and timely opportunities, considering target personas, inbound marketing, and optimal formats and language for each platform; * Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.), producing monthly reports with insights and improvement suggestions; * Propose content tests, adjustments, and editorial changes based on data and performance; * Track trends, user behavior, memes, seasonal dates, and market movements (direct and indirect competitors); * Schedule and publish content using management tools such as Meta Business Suite, RD Station, and others; * Cover internal and external company events by producing real-time content in collaboration with the Communications team (posts, stories, reels); * Create and manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads. 2509180202241644389
