A culture that celebrates passion for learning and impact on the future The SEB Group is hiring a **TAX ANALYST** to work at its Administrative Headquarters in **Ribeirão Preto/SP**. **Join the SEB Group!** **We are one of the largest educational groups in the country, focused on innovation, excellence, and positive societal impact.** Learn more about the Group: https://www.sebsa.com.br/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Calculate, review, and control direct taxes, ensuring compliance with current legislation; * Calculate IRPJ and CSLL (Real Profit regime), as well as PIS and COFINS, ensuring calculation accuracy and proper accounting registration; * Prepare, validate, and submit ancillary obligations, with emphasis on SPED Accounting (ECD) and ECF; * Analyze and apply tax incentives (Law of Innovation), supporting documentation organization and controls; * Participate in Transfer Pricing processes, contributing analyses and meeting legal requirements; * Monitor impacts of the Tax Reform, identifying risks and opportunities, and proposing improvements; * Provide technical support to internal departments (accounting, finance, and business), advising on tax implications; * Prepare managerial reports and analyses regarding tax burden and tax compliance; * Contribute to continuous improvement projects, automation, and technology adoption within the tax area; * Stay updated on legislative changes and market trends; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Proven experience in taxation, with focus on direct taxes; * Advanced knowledge of IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, and COFINS; * Experience with SPED Accounting (ECD) and ECF; * Knowledge of the Law of Innovation and Transfer Pricing; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency; * Technologically inclined profile (automation, tax systems, and digital tools); * Experience with projects or analyses related to the Tax Reform; **Additional Information** * Working Hours: Monday–Thursday, 08:00–18:00 hrs / Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs; * Work Modality: On-site — at the Administrative Headquarters.
