




Description: * Bachelor's degree completed in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Previous experience in recruitment and selection, with end-to-end involvement in the process; * Familiarity with competency-based interviews, R&S tools, and platforms such as Gupy; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment regarding priorities; * Proactivity, curiosity, and willingness to learn and grow within the area; * Availability for 100% on-site work in Ribeirão Preto/SP. * Conduct end-to-end attraction and selection processes; * Partner with leadership to understand job requirements and develop targeted attraction strategies; * Post job openings across internal and external channels (Corporate TV, Groups, LinkedIn, social media, etc.); * Use the recruitment platform and AI tools for screening and cultural fit analysis; * Conduct competency-based interviews, and administer case studies when required; * Prepare evaluation reports for finalists and support leadership in hiring decisions; * Lead offer presentations and negotiations with approved candidates, in partnership with internal departments; * Foster partnerships with universities, events, and employment fairs; * Maintain an updated talent pool and monitor departmental metrics (SLA, turnover, etc.); * Conduct new hire experience assessments; * Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of processes and policies within the area; * Conduct Institutional Onboarding; * Support other People & Culture subsystems as needed. 2512030202191873520
